Frozen screen, four times a day Inspire HR

hello Fitbit users! 
It's been ten days that my Inspire HR screen is frozen, not responding to any actions on touching the screen, but not always.Have you ever lived this problem? What is The solution?

Thank you for sharing that you're experiencing this inconvenience with your Inspire HR. 

If you haven't done so already, please make sure that you've tried restarting your device following these steps, as this has been helpful for other users with similar problems.
