My Fitbit inspire is frozen on the clock screen and will not change even when it's being charged on the charger.

Help plz.

Try holding down the button on the side until it vibrates and then put it
on the charger.
Sometimes this works too. Good luck

Either ur watch is broken or u have waterlock activated, if u still can't fix it, go to the seller and ask for refund
