Frozen screen on Inspire HR

my screen has frozen and whenever i try and swipe it won’t let me and when i try to restart is it won’t do anything

Im having the same problem but I've unpaired mine to see if it will work but now i can't pair it back up. Should i just let mine die and see if it will work?
