Frozen screen on community friends

Dashboard is working. But community friends is not updating.

Thanks for sharing this information with us. Can you please confirm that your Fitbit app and phone are up to date, force quit the app and try again. You can also try to log out from the Fitbit App and log back in.

 

Is this the first time that this happens to you? I'd like to have an screenshot of what you can see from your end. Can you send one?
