Fully charged Inspire HR just died

Hello,

I've had my Inspire HR since April with no issues however just now it flashed up a smiley face then flashed up 1% battery (even though it was on 90%) and has completely died? Nothing triggered it - hadn't got wet or anything, I was just sat down and now it won't switch back on and the screen has just gone black.

Can anyone help?

Thanks, Harriet

Hi Harriet

I've previously posted battery issues with the Insipre HR with no fix etc from Fitbit....if you purchased via Fitbit directly you might get some help but don't hold your breath.

The Inspire HR is not fit for purpose and flawed...Fitbit just won't admit it.

I rarely wear mine now....put it on the other day and sitting it told me I had a heart rate over 140 bmp....not very reassuring.

Checked my pulse myself ...all well and double checked with my Wahoo Tickr.

The battery issue won't go away and Fitbit will ask you to do a battery monitoring test etc which always comes out on Fitbits benefit....they'll say your device meets the product standard....as long as you don't use all the features on the device🧐

I personally won't be getting taken in by Fitbit again....better, more accurate options to monitor and improve your health with technology as well as good old basic non technological methods.

Hope you purchased your device directly from Fitbit as you may get a refund if you keep at them.

There are better Fitbit devices out there...the Inspire HR isn't one of them.

Good luck and kind regards

Steven
