GPS route and kilometers done

The registration of a bikeride does not work properly!
When I start 'traning' - cycling and Bluetooth is activated, location at mobile is at 'high precision' I noticed several situations:

1. It does registrate the route at Google Maps but does not count kilometers
2. It registrates only a very small part of the route and counts just a few kilometers

But NEVER the complete route including kilometers, speed etc (it does count the time!)
What is wrong?
