Galaxy J6+ and tablet Hudl not syncing with my Inspire HR

My battery is almost full (78%) but when I try to sync with my Galaxy J6+, it tells me that the battery is empty; hence I am unable to sync.

I also get the same message when I try to sync with my tablet (Hudl)

This indicates to me that there is a fault with my fitbit Inspire HR.

Please let me have a solution.

Thanks for sharing the information of the syncing devices that you're using to connect your Fitbit Inspire HR. These two models are not in the list of tested devices. We're currently receiving feedback about different devices that are not in the list and our team is working hard to add more devices to the list. But as those models are not there we can't assure the Fitbit App will be working flawless even if it is able to connect. 

Our best recommendation is trying to sync or set up via computer, laptop, or any other compatible device. You can also try these steps with your phone and give it a try again. The Fitbit app will be showing the correct battery information once it is able to sync.
