Gallery Apps does not give option of ECG app on Inspire 2

https://www.fitbit.com/global/us/technology/irregular-rhythm says that this ECG app is available for the Inspire 2.
I had a notification to enable it today which failed as the SET-UP button was greyed out.
I find that I need to have the ECG App installed for this to work but this does not seem to be an available app to install (at least in the UK).
Is this the case on all Inspire 2's or has the ECG app only been rolled  out for the Inspire 2 in the US so far?

I am wondering this as well, as I received the notification yesterday (in New Zealand), but could not find a way to even get to the DL to make it happen. Then the notification vanished.
