Get a user's manual, figure out the icons and what they mean

I received a Fitbit Inspire HR for Christmas, and am very enthused; but I'm having trouble figuring out the icons and what they mean when they appear on my wrist. Is there a simple concise list of the icons and what they seem to be prompting me to do?

For users manual, if in browser tap 'Help' near top left of this page, then 'Inspire HR', and see a link to manual there.

I don't know if it has the list you want.

Feel free to ask here about anything specific.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Thanks for the tip, Johnny. I was able to find the manual, and have downloaded several pages. I'll see whether that will help me figure things out.
