I have been given a brand new inspire hr for mothers day and setting it up has been driving us nuts. We have installed the App on my lap top. It is telling me it is connected to the device but the device is just scrolling www,fitbit setup continually across the screen with the logo above and no data is being transmitted. Any help please!

Sorry to hear about this. The setup should be done via the Fitbit app. Please follow these instructions to set up your tracker.
