Giving up on the InspireHR/Fitbit

Just wondering if others have had as many problems with their Fitbit as I have had. I own two, one is mine and one is my daughters and neither have ever functioned consistently or reliably. I spend more time re-starting, updating, un-installing, re-installing, and troubleshooting than I do using the device. Even tracking steps isn’t accurate. I honestly don’t even want a replacement because I have no confidence in the product. If anyone else is dealing with the same issues, you are not alone.

Yes, I'm having the very same problems and I'm tired of spending so much time trying to fix it!

My InspireHR died completely after being charged & is out of warranty! I called support to no avail— they sent a 35% off coupon which is useless! 👎😢 Everytime I added a product to my basket it would come back that the coupon couldn’t be used!! There was not one product the coupon was good for! A call to Support was useless with no reason why! I am disgusted with poor Customer Support! Prices on their website are the same at Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, Target etc   How was giving a useless coupon good customer support?!!!

Wonder if they even read these complaints

Have you gone into your settings? I think you can change how the Fitbit determines your active minutes. I haven’t played around with those settings, as I don’t personally track my active minutes.

I’ve had mine for almost two years, and I haven’t had any issues, other than I can tell my battery is going. It has to be charged more often now—probably every 3-4 days.

I am having similar issues.  Mine will be 2 yrs old in March and I am currently needing to charge a couple times a week, especially when I am more active.  It used to last at least a week.  Hoping the 'ole girl will live for at least another 3-6 months so I can plan for buying something new. 🙂

I had a great fitbit before but this one is a piece of crap.  The steps, active minutes everything is constantly wrong.  I never had issues before with my Fitbit HR. when it started burning my wrist I contacted them to get anew one. I expected to purchase it as mine was 2 years old. They insisted i return it and then it took two months to get a response and then they sent this piece of crap to me.  I really want what I had but they don't make it anymore and now I know why this one was free.....  Can someone one tell me what is the closest replacement to the original Fitbit HR???

Battery started to get down to 3 days on my Charge 3 - so I "upgraded" to Inspire 2  Same thing is already happening in the Inspire. I have trouble figuring out how to change settings...  For 3 months now this thing (Inspire 2)  has never been able to track my sleep.  Time for a better product... looking into another brand.
