Glitchy swipe transitions

The Swipe transitions on my fitbit seems glitchy as whenever I try to swipe between the different apps it glitches with the clock face. In addition, the screen would sometimes suddenly turn off when I am trying to swipe. I have tried restarting it but was found futile as the glitch remained.

I will gladly assist you with your Inspire HR screen. Thank you for restarting your device. Try doing a Factory reset but note that you will need to setup the device.
