2or 3 days now gps is off on my band and can’t turn it on. I can’t use the reboot button on the screen and if I try to use the exercise mode well without gps it’s useless. My iPhone records my steps I’m assuming it’s through Bluetooth. What have I tried rebooting both phone and band. Double checked all the iPhone settings even went so far as to remove my band from the app and reinstall it. Still the problem persists. Chatted with an agent last night he was useless. To the point where he said it was fixed. And all I needed to do was go outside as if gps couldn’t find me in my place. Any ideas outside of a hammer and a trip to the store to buy somebody else’s product
