What do you do when there is a flashing green light on the back of your Fitbit? Why won’t it turn off?

Hi there, @ChiAz. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you!
Regarding your inquiry, as @Odyssey13 has mentioned, the green LEDs flashing on your Inspire 2 are used to track your heart rate. Keep in mind that even when heart rate tracking is off, the LEDs on your device will continue to flash. For more information, please see How do I track heart rate with my Fitbit device?
