Green lights on Inspire HR won't turn on

My Inspire HR is fully charged and connected but the green lights on the back are not coming on. Any thoughts

I am sorry to hear the green lights on the back of your Inspire HR won't turn on. Thanks for the details shared and I am here to help. I recommend doing the following:

 

1. Turn Off/On the heart rate setting on your tracker (open the Settings app > Heart Rate > tap to turn the setting Off and then On).

2. Restart the tracker: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

my device is Inspire 2.. same question with @Musikat ... and I had tried your way...

and the Heart Rate is shown turning on.. but the green LED light still no light up...
how should I do?
