Grey and white dorts on screen with mesh to download app but app is already on phone.  How go I get the grey and white diamond off screen and my tracker back

@KBR2 , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message. 

When the instructions to download the Fitbit App appear on the Inspire HR, it means that the tracker is not longer paired to your account. 

In this case you have to setup the Inspire HR again to your account.
