Hi @ZarKa there are no repairs for these devices. If you're under warranty (purchased from an authorized retailer) then get with customer support. If not, you might want to check out back to school sales for a new Fitbit.

As @Odyssey13 said, the ideal is if you can get it replaced under warranty. I'll just add that if you're not covered by warranty anymore and a whole new Fitbit isn't financially feasible for you right now, then another option is to switch to wearing your Inspire with a clip (which you can find for less than $10 on Amazon). It's not quite the same, but it's a good solution if you're primarily interested in activity tracking and don't mind not being able to use it as a watch.
