HIIT intervals download backwards to the app

Hi,

I've been trying out interval training recently but I noticed that when I download the data to the app after a workout the 'rest' and 'move' intervals seem to get swapped around. They work fine during the actual session (i.e. the timings are the way I set them in the app) so it's just when I sync the fitbit with my phone that things get switched in the 'splits' section so I'm not sure if it even tracks my calories, heart rate, etc. correctly. I tried restarting both my phone and the fitbit but it didn't work.

Hello @asapphire, welcome to the Community forums.

Thank you for sharing all this information about the 'rest' and 'move' intervals that seem to get swapped around when you look at the information in the Fitbit app.

Before considering other options, I noticed there were some new releases for both iOS and Android platforms, please make sure that you have the latest version of the Fitbit app installed and check if you continue to experience the same behavior after any update available.

Also, please check if your're experiencing this problem only in the Fitbit app or if you're also seeing the swapped data in the online dashboard.

Keep me posted.
