HR Blinking but not tracking Inspire 2

The HR sensor is blinking and it shows HR live but it is not recording any data on the app nor on the website. I made sure it was set to 'wrist' and heart rate was turned on on the watch. I looked everywhere but cannot find any other heart rate settings in the app.

 

Please help. Thanks!

Thank you for the information that you've shared about this inconvenience with your Inspire 2 and the troubleshooting steps that you already tried. 

Before considering other options, I would recommend performing a restart and to follow all the instructions in this article to improve the accuracy of heart rate information, this has been useful to other users who have experienced something similar. 

In addition, you can check the information mentioned here about other factors that could affect your heart rate reading.
