I have the hr Fitbit and it has stoped showing awake heart rate on device and app. Anyone know how to fix this?
this is a new device and Judy stopped working

I understand your heart rate is not showing on both the Fitbit App as well as your Inspire HR. Let’s first check to make sure your heart rate was not disabled by accident. Let’s check....
open your Fitbit App
tap your profile picture on the upper left
scroll down and tap Inspire HR (located just under “My Family”
now scroll down and tap heart rate
make sure that “on” or “auto” is checked
tap “Today” to return to the main page and sync your tracker
If your Heart Rate was not disabled by accident let’s try restarting your Inspire HR to see if that resolves the issue. Please look here to view the proper way to restart your tracker: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186

When I do this I do not see an area labeled heart rate.

Lets try restarting your Inspire HR to see if this resolves the issue. Here’s how: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186
On a side, I noticed that you have private information (name etc) on your last post. To remove that information just tap the three dots on the upper right corner of your post, tap edit in the drop down menu and remove sensitive items then tap submit again.
