It was working perfectly since I bought it about 8 months ago. It’s 98% charged, but suddenly the screen is black, won’t restart, won’t vibrate. Stays dead when connected to charger and plugged into an outlet. No green light from the underside. It’s not damaged in any way and it’s clean. Disconnected from the app and won’t reconnect to phone. I noticed when I went to check the time and it was DEAD.

my did the same thing. Don’t expect Fitbit to do anything about it. I was told too bad it’s out of warranty by a month. It should last longer then 13 months. Yours only lasted 8.
