HR Inspire watch won't screen swipe

HR inspire Screen stuck on time screen since yesterday. Frozen won't swipe up or down. Tried logging out of App and back in again and also tried holding down the the side button while plugged in for charging for a watch reboot but just get a Smiley face and does not resolve the issue. Anyone have any ideas i think I've had it just under two years.
