HR Monitor on Inspire HR

I'm totally confused. I was told when I bought this that the Inspire HR would track and monitor my heart rate 24/7. It monitors fine on the device itself. Meaning when I flip it on it will show my heart rate as well as resting rate. But where online (my account dashboard) does it show the track record? I see the resting HR but when I click on it, it will only show a record of my Heart Rate on the times I was exercising. I thought this was a 24/7 monitor and kept records of my HR? Am I missing something somewhere? Thanks for any advice.

Let me help you with your heart rate data. You should be able to see your daily heart rate data on the heart rate tile on the Fitbit app or on the website. Could you share a screenshot showing what you see on the app?

What I'm looking for is a chart showing the minute by minute HR much like ot shows when you click on the recent exercises. But when you click on that all it shows is exactly what I want BUT only when your exercising. I would like a show of all day, each day, every day. no matter if I'm exercising or not. Thanks 🙂 .
