HR not showing in the APP

Have just got the inspire hr and updated the software. 

 

One problem so far... 

 

I can't seem to get the HR data to go into the App. It is showing on the device. 

 

I have tried all the solutions I can find but no joy. 

 

The phone is running android 7.

 

Any advice, thanks.

@Helenb1 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well!

Let me help you with your missing heart rate data. Have you recorded any activities? Do you see this information there? Could you share a screenshot of what you see on your Fitbit app? I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.
