Hi -
My heart rate stopped tracking 3 days ago. I've cleared the user data in the watch and it will start working again. However, when I clear the user data it changes the time on the watch and sets it back by 6 hours. If I correct the time in the settings as in your user videos, it makes the HR stop working again. Help and thanks!

@HeatherShore Welcome! It's nice to have you on board!
Let me help you with your Inspire HR heart rate monitor. I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.
Let me know how it goes.
