Hello!
I've had my Fitbit Inspire 2 for under a month,...and I still cannot get my Heart Rate tracker to work (or the exercise but care more about the HR).
Any guidance would be great!
Thank you!

@sirduke1973 One feature of the Inspire 2 is that you have the option to wear it on your wrist or on a clip. If it is set to wear on a clip, the heart rate monitoring will be turned off and the green lights won't be on.
To check this, press and hold both buttons on the sides of the Inspire 2. You'll get a list of settings. Swipe up until you get to the last one. It should say "On Wrist", if you want see your heart rate and sleep stages. If it says "On Clip", tap on that and change it to "On Wrist".

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @sirduke1973. I'm sorry to hear that the heart rate tracker is not working on your Inspire 2.
Please check help article: What factors can affect my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device? Are the green lights ON?
