HRV accuracy of inspire 2

Hi all,


What is your experience with the heart rate variability readings of the inspire 2? I saw similar topics for other fitbit models but nothing recent for the inspire 2.

 

My HRV keeps jumping around almost randomly see image https://imgur.com/a/4dOvz5d I think the fitbit HRV reading is utterly useless and fitbit should not use it as one of their features to be advertised.

I would really like an answer to this as well. Mine just said I went out of my normal range by raising to 19. That puts me in the category of “at risk for catastrophic death.” I’m a 5’4, 43 year old female in the average weight zone. I do have issues like hypothyroidism but this seems extreme.
