Since receiving the device 2/2/2022, I have received HRV data a total of 5 times despite wearing the device every night. I have read the article about how to wear the device and rebooted 3 times. I have spent >5 hours on the phone, email, and chat with Fitbit support only to be told that they are working on the issue. After two months of back and forth, I gave up and try to return the device and now I am out of the return window.
I would not doubt if a Fitbit customer service rep replied to this with the same article that I have read a thousand times. https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2462.htm?Highlight=health%20metrics
