Had my inspire 2 for over 2 mon

I had an inspire 2 for over 2 months.  Wear it over 23 hours a day and no readiness score.  Yes I've switched the fitbit off and on.  Reinstalled the app. It's pretty shoddy in my opinion. Anyone able to assist?

@DaveG66   What do you see when you tap on your Daily Readiness score Tile?  Do you get the same message every day?  Or different messages?
