Hanging dominant hand setting on inspire 2

I had to swap the wrist I wore device on from dominant to non dominant but this is not possible on the App. Fitbit confirmed this is not possible but does anyone know a way round this?

Hi @Duntzzz go to your profile on the website. Click on your Inspire 2 from the pull down menu upper right. You'll see a series of settings you can change and your wrist preference is one of them.

It definitely is possible in the app. 

From phone app Today screen, battery icon at top left > your fitbit model (Inspire 2) > Wrist Placement

Sometimes it is worth double-checking here what Support tells you.  We also have a wealth of experience.
