Has there been a fix to the text notification issue?!

My brand new inspire only receives call notifications and my wife’s charge 2 hasn’t received text notifications for a month or 2 now, we’ve done every “fix” we’ve seen and nothing works, the whole reason I got another Fitbit after my Alta died was for notifications and slim design but I’ll have to get a refund if this isn’t fixed

Same. It’s extremely frustrating. I have done every troubleshoot numerous times. Support walked me through, nothing changed. Then the support person said “oh ya highest rank know about and are working on this and well email you when it’s fixed.” Almost three months later, crickets.

So I figured out how to fix it for me and my wife, I hope this helps. If you have an iPhone go to settings > notifications > messages > show previews... set that to always or when unlocked. We used to have it set to never which wasn’t an issue before. Hope this helps
