Have to re-sync my Inspire every other day

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Inspire does not stay in sync with my iPhone 11.  I will try to check my hours slept each morning only to find the stats for the last three or four days have vanished, requiring a resync that often takes two or three tries to obtain.  Today when the stats returned the number of steps for the last three days was dramatically reduced. This is a first, and very frustrating, especially since it must be followed with yet another time-consuming attempt to resync.

Hi @MacSD, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that you need to re-sync your Fitbit Inspire every other day and the amount of steps have reduced.

Please restart your Inspire as described in this help article. After this, follow the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help page in order to fix the syncing issue.

Finally, monitor your Inspire for the next 24 hours and see if the issues get fixed.

Keep me posted on the outcome.
