My current Heart rate BPM does not show in the fitbit app anymore for about the last month. I can only see the resting heart rate in the app, never my current heart rate anymore. this is really unhelpful as i was using while exercising to monitor, which is impossible to do from the tracker while exercising. I have deleted and reinstalled the app, restarted my phone and restarted the tracker and nothing is helping. I also noticed all day sync option is now gone so I have to sync manually in the app. I need the real time Heart Rate to show in the app, this is why I bought this device.
any solutions?

@jkp114 Thanks for joining us!
Let me help you with your Fitbit app not showing your live heart rate data and the missing all day sync option and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. The All day sync option was removed but the functionality remains on your app. I suggest you refresh the link between your phone and your tracker by doing the following:
Let me know how it goes.

My heart rate stopped being record on July 5th. I've turned my Android off several times and I've restarted my Inspire HR as directed. Still no heart rate. What can I do now?

I have this same issue. I have done all that was suggested. I can turn off Bluetooth and back on again and will see live heart rate but it defaults back to resting heart rate once app is closed. This is so frustrating. I need this fixed otherwise I want to return as it’s no use to me if I can’t track my heart rate. Please assist
