Heart Rate Data Not Showing up in Apple Health or Cardiogram

Why have a heart rate monitor that doesn't share the heart rate with apps that can use it?   I've tried everything and can only get the Heart Rate information from my Inspire HR to share with Strava.   Nothing shows up in Apple Health and nothing shows up in Cardiogram.   Both of these apps should be able to get my HR information if I give them permission.   How do I fix this?   I also want a real-time HR app like my Polar apps so I can monitor my heart rate during spin classes.   Can the fitbit support this?

@JeffCu, welcome! It's nice to have you on board!

Thank you for your inquiry. Currently this isn't possible but you can share your idea in our Feature Suggestions board. Search for the idea first to see if one already exist so you can add your vote. The more votes an idea gets the more likely the developers will try to implement it.

Let me know how it goes.

Does this press release of yours not claim the inspire hr to be compatible with cardiogram?
