Heart Rate IS onwatch, but NOT in App

Hi guys,

 

Appreciate this has been asked before and have read previous questions and answers. 

 

Heart rate displays on my Inspire HR. It's connected to app on all day sync. It uploads to app okay because I went for a run and it tracked my distance/pace and map route, all successfully loaded up to app. However in heart rate section there is two blank dashes. And when I click in, it says "no measurements"

 

Anyone have any solutions? Why did other info upload but not this. Many thanks in advance
