I got my Fitbit Inspire HR as replacement for a flex 2 a few days ago. My problem is that the Heart Rate monitor light stops working after a few hours. There's no flashing light and switching it off and on from the settings menu has no effect. I have to reset the device to get it working again. Once it is switched on and flashing heart rate monitor works okay for a few hours but I've noticed that even while it is working it still cant be switched off or on from the settings menu. Does anyone else have this trouble?

Why worrry about the light, especially since it is against your skin where you can't see it when it counts?

The issue is whether or not it is sensing your heart rate.

 

Does the refrigerator light really go off when you shut the door?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
