Hello @Kimberly_grahek
‘Your sleep issue will correct itself when we figure out the heart rate issue. The sleep tracking needs the heart rate to track your sleep.
First make sure you haven’t accidentally put your Inspire 2 on Clip Mode. When you set your Inspire 2 to On Clip, it automatically turns off features, including heart-rate tracking, automatic exercise tracking, Active Zone Minutes, and Water Lock.
To see if your On Clip is accidentally turn on open the Quick Settings menu by pressing both side buttons for 2 seconds. Scroll down the screen, and just below DND (do not disturb), look for the setting On Clip. Tap this to change to On Wrist.
Now look to see if your heart rate is reading again. reboot your Inspire by going to the Settings app and tap Reboot Device.
If your Inspire shows dashed lines instead of your heart rate, that means your tracker’s sensor cannot detect a signal. Check again that you turned on heart-rate tracking in the Settings app. That can easily get turned off by accident as well.
😃 I hope you found this useful and provided you the best answer to your question. Please let me know

Cannot find this with your directions. There is no on write or on clip when I follow your directions. I am SICK of having to reset my sleep feature every time I charge this or just at random. This product is BAD. Bad design. It DOESN'T WORK PROPERLY. I'm reading 8 months of people complaining about it and you do nothing but give people directions to do what they've already one over and over and the problems persist. Why don't you man up and admit this is a BAD product that has never worked properly. I notice you've now come out with an Inspire 3 and it has the same problems but worse. Do you think anyone that has suffered through the Inspire 2 is going to buy the 3? I'm certainly not,
