The green led light has gone from my Inspire HR (18mths old). I have followed every single troubleshooting step outlined in other threads, but nothing has fixed it.
- reset the device
- reset the app
- unpaired & re-paired with phone
- tried toggling HR on/off on device
- cleared user data on device
nothing is working.
kind of defeats the object of a fitness & sleep monitoring device if it can't detect HR...
so what now? do I bin it?
