@NnoT  One feature of the Inspire 2 is that you have the option to wear it on your wrist or on a clip. If it is set to wear on a clip, the heart rate monitoring will be turned off and the green lights won't be on.

To check this, press and hold both buttons on the sides of the Inspire 2. You'll get a list of settings. Swipe up until you get to the last one. It should say "On Wrist", if you want see your heart rate and sleep stages. If it says "On Clip", tap on that and change it to "On Wrist".

Amanda, you're brilliant.  Now if I could turn off the water lock feature.

@Bobba1 you should be able to get that option by double tapping the screen. It takes a rather firm tap to get the Inspire 2 to "see" it.

Hi, Amanda.  But it still seems to constantly ask if I want to change it.  I've tried moving it my arm and placing it against the underside of my wrist.  Jeez, I'm not MacGuyver!

Ok, I got the heart monitor and sleep tracking to work by changing the
"clip" feature to "wrist".

However, the Auto Loc screen keeps coming on intermittently.

Thank you for your suggestion 😊

I got to my settings.  There is no such setting on mine. When I hold boy buttons it comes up to water lock and then smiley face. There is something with the last update. As soon as it started tracking my steps automatically sinking no other reading works.

@MattFitbit on a different forum with the same issue (I can't reply to that potentially since it was closed/resolved?) you mentioned to go to app settings and clear user data - but neither of those options are available. There's "App Settings" which does not have a "clear user data" and "account settings" which has a "delete data" but no where to actually delete. Then there's "delete account" and that's dlete my account & data which seems wrong. My fitbit just stopped tracking my heart rate accurately (a 40min HIIT workout where I'm at a minimum in yellow will show me at 102, it's very strange. Then sometimes my sleep won't register. The green light still shows. I've cleaned it. logged in and out. Not sure how to resolve it and the previous instructions of clearing user data doesn't seem to apply to my inspire 2?
