Heart rate is not displaying for over a week on my Inspire HR

I'm having difficulty seen my heart rate, seems that is not working, I  see two hearts on my Inspire HR device but none of them are working, always says 59. I have rebooted it, re-started, turned off and still the same, that started about a week ago.

The same is in my watch. I see HR in watch but no HR in my mobile phone, which was like month ago.
