Heart rate monitor works intermittently

Hi,

 

I have had my Inspire HR since 10/17/19.  The heart rate monitor worked great for about a week and a half.  Then it started cutting in and out.  I tried resetting it, clearing my data, deleting it from my Fitbit app and re-adding it, and it sill works intermittently.  When it isn't working, I can see that the green light is not on.  Then I discovered last week, that if I rolled the tracker on my wrist so I could see the bottom of it, I could make the green light come on and go off.  I took it off of my wrist and tried twisting the bands in opposite directions, and again could make the green light go on and off.  I think the heart rate monitor has a loose connection inside my tracker, and I would like my tracker repaired or replaced under warranty please.  Unfortunately the instructions for doing so are not very clear.  Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Let me help you with your Inspire HR sensor not working and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. I have also done that, and it is still working intermittently. Most of the time it is not working.
