Heart rate no longer on menu for Inspire HR

I have the latest update as of 8/26/2020 but still no settings menu for Heart Rate at all. I can see it for my old Charge 2. Where did it go?

I'm not sure what you mean by "settings menu".  On the tracker, you can scroll up to 'Settings' and turn heart rate on or off there. 

Or are you talking about the heart rate tile on the phone app?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
