I am having trouble with my Inspire - it's not displaying my heart rate at all. I've tried steps above, but there is no "settings" option when I press the button on my actual device. And there is no "heart rate tile" when I open the app - only "clock faces" "apps" "how to use" and "accessories"

Hi @Dmbsmile. Welcome to the Forums. I'm sorry for the delay.

 

Thanks for letting me know about your Inspire HR, as well for your efforts while troubleshooting it prior posting. Let's work on this together! To get started, on your tracker swipe down until you find the Settings App (see screenshot below). Then scroll up to find heart rate and make sure it's turned on. If it is, please turn it off and back on. Then restart your Inspire HR, sync with the Fitbit app and wear it snug as described in this help article to monitor its behavior.

If the issue persists, feel free to reply back and let me know if you're able to see a green light on the back of your tracker. This information will help me to further investigate. By the way, I've moved your post to this new thread to keep our forums organized.

Thanks! I had contacted Fitbit customer support a day or two ago and they helped me troubleshoot. Turns out I was trying to push the button on my device to get to settings and I should've been swiping down.....
