Heart rate not showing up for workouts

I just got a new inspire HR, and my heart rate zones aren't being tracked and/or displayed for individual workouts. I'm able to see my heart rate zones in the heart rate monitor section, so I know I'm wearing it properly, but I'd like to be able to tell what my heart rate zones are for individual workouts. Does anyone know a fix for this?

Hello @nsecen are you letting your Inspir HR decide what exercise you are doing? Or did you use the Fitbit app on the unknown phone to record your exercise? If you recorded the exercise through the Fitbit app, you where not recording with the Inspire HR, and no heart rate will be seen.
