I have tried chatting twice with Fitbit on the heart rate issue.  They say its not turned on.  When I follow the steps they give me, I cannot locate the place to turn it on.  I guess I"m technologically challenged.  What am I missing here??????

Did you try swiping down instead of up on your tracker screen?

Let me help you with your heart rate monitor on your Inspire HR. You will need to turn it on from the tracker itself (not from the app). Open the Settings app and find Heart Rate. Make sure it's set to On.

 I, too, am having this issue! On my Inspire HR device, I was able to find the setting and see that the Heart Rate is  "ON" ... but where do we see the results? I'm not seeing them on the device itself - which is where it would be handiest....
