I've tried resetting, but heart rate still will not track? My inspire hr is brand new, wss working perfectly now heart won't work

@ShellyP23, welcome! It's nice to have you on board!

Let me help you with your Inspire HR not getting your heart rate reading and thank you for restarting it. I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.

Swipe down until you see the gear icon for settings, tap once to open it to the HR monitor setting. Tap to toggle between ON and OFF. 

FYI: The HR monitor on my brand new Inspire HR also stopped working about 15 hrs after i started wearing it. I tried all the troubleshooting steps before reporting it to support on 7/11, and am still waiting for a solution. The weird thing is, the green light is still strobing, even when I turn off HR.
