The green flashing light on my FitBit Inspire HR is not turning on. Everything else is working besides the heart rate tracking feature. What should I do to make the heart rate work.

Hi thanks for your response. I restarted and synched My fitbit multiple times and nothing has helped. The green light is still not flashing. I have made sure that the heart rate function is turned on on my fitbit but it is not working.
