my Fitbit inspire HR worked fine for two weeks. Then my heart rate function stopped working. Everything else works fine. I have tried resetting it several times without any success. I have had it for a month and a half.

I would like you to confirm that your hear rate tracking is turned on: Open the Settings app and find Heart Rate. Make sure it's set to On.
Make sure your device is positioned correctly on your wrist:

I did verify on the band that in setting HR was on. I turned it off then back on and tighten the wrist band that came with the device. It still doesn’t show a HR.

Mine stopped working today also! Going to try a hard reset.

Hard reset by attaching it to the charger and pressing the button until the smiley face appeared seemed to have resolved this. I also have the HR setting ON and wear the band properly as I have has Fitbit devices for years. Why does this randomly stop working?

This is also happening to me. It worked for 2 days then HR stopped working. I tried hard resetting it a few times and making sure it was turned on in the app and it's still not working. It's very frustrating.

My Inspire HR shows blank and dashes for my heart rate reading. It never worked properly and I purchased it 8 months ago. I did put HR on on the device and checked if I am wearing it right or wrong. I did restart my device as well. Still no luck. Please help
