Heart rate not working

It was working when I first got it and towards the evening of the first day it stopped and I’ve tried to restart the Fitbit and do all the recommend things to get it working but no luck

Hi, @NatashaS11 have you checked to make sure that the HR is actually turned on?  Swipe down on your Inspire HR until you come to settings. Tap the screen when you get to settings and scroll to heart rate.  Tap to turn on or off.

 

If it is on, are the green lights flashing?

 

Press the button to return to clock face then swipe up to see heart rate.

 

If thatvdoesn’t solve it, please could you give more details such as whether the lights are flashing, whether you see any HR info in the app, and what exactly you have tried besides a restart?  Hopefully someone will be able to help you get it going with a few more details.

Yes the heart rate is on on the device in the settings and Iv tried to restart the device many times by now without luck.

Are the green lights flashing?

 

Have you tried turning the HR off, waiting a few moments and then turning it back on again?

The green lights aren’t working and yes I’ve tried turning it on and off numerous times

Hi, @NatashaS11 thanks for confirming.  If the green lights are not flashing at all, even when the tracker is moved, and you have tried multiple restarts, then that suggests there is something wrong with your Inspire HR that the Community cannot fix, and you will need to be in touch with Fitbit Customer Support for further help on this issue.  Given the current situation wait times are unfortunately much longer than usual, as I am sure you would expect.
