Heart rate "no measurements"

I just bought two Fitbit Inspire 2

 

Both watches under different accounts under different Samsung Tab7 Fe tablets have no heart rate data. It just says "no measurements"

Looks like this issue has been reported right back to 2017??  Is this product even being supported???
